Quality Claims Service was established in 1992 as a multi-line claims adjustment company. We assist insurance companies, risk management companies, law firms and self insured entities with their insurance claim needs. We handle all lines of insurance loss throughout Central Illinois.

Our adjusters utilize mobile computers and printers for on-site estimating, automated property and auto estimating software, digital photography, electronic claim submission via our website and electronic reporting.
Our Home Office is located in East Peoria, Illinois and is managed by Rob Ellis, AIC (owner). Rob has 14 years of multi-line claims experience. Bill Barrett also works out of the Home Office and handles the bulk of our auto appraisals and specialty/heavy equipment losses. Bill has 7 years of appraisal and heavy equipment adjusting experience.
Our Springfield Branch Office is managed by Tom Nichols, CPCU. Tom originally founded Quality Claims Service and has over 40 years of multi-line claims experience.
